Terms and Conditions

These purchasing conditions regulate the relationship between you, the customer, and us (Put Svile, Blaženka Benkus) as the service provider.
Customers may be legal and natural persons in the Republic of Croatia and abroad.
The seller agrees to conduct business in accordance with the laws in force in the territory of the Republic of Croatia and the EU.
The seller is obliged to protect customer data and use it only to complete orders.
The seller is obliged to send ordered products according to the delivery terms. In the case that a particular product cannot be delivered, we will refund the entire amount within 14 days.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completion of details given in the ordering process.

We are not responsible for incorrectly ordered products. The customer is entitled to return products without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving them. The customer is obliged to protect these products and return them in their original state. Put Svile sends all products in appropriate packaging and is not responsible for damage incurred during shipping.
